識字直送 KnowWordsHK — 隱私政策 Privacy Policy

1) 政策範圍

本政策適用於 iOS App「識字直送 KnowWordsHK」及其相關網站服務。

2) 我們收集甚麼資料

• 訪客模式（不登入）：資料只儲存在你的裝置，不會上傳。
• 登入後（可選）：Email、顯示名稱、UID、裝置識別碼，以及你建立的詞表、錯題與測驗成績，用作雲端備份與多裝置同步。
• 相機/相簿：只在你手動啟用 OCR 匯入時使用；照片不會儲存在 App 內，也不會上傳至我們伺服器。

3) AI 功能資料處理（可選）

只有在你按下「AI 校正」時，詞語清單才會送往 AI 服務（DeepSeek）以產生拼音與干擾詞；不會包含你的姓名、Email 或照片。

4) 香港私隱法（PDPO）

我們按《個人資料（私隱）條例》（香港法例第 486 章）處理個人資料，並遵循資料最少化原則。

你可要求查閱或更正你的個人資料。我們可能要求合理身份核實，並會在法律要求或合理時間內回覆。

5) 跨境處理與資料保安

當你使用雲端同步（Firebase）或 AI 功能（DeepSeek）時，資料可能在香港以外地區處理或儲存。

我們採用合理技術及管理措施保障資料，但網路傳輸或儲存系統無法保證百分百安全。

6) 保留期限與刪除

你的資料會保留至你刪除為止。你可在 App 內刪除單一詞表，或於「設定 → 帳號與同步 → 刪除帳號」刪除整個帳號與相關雲端資料。

7) 兒童資料

本 App 為小學生學習用途而設，無廣告、無跨 App 追蹤，不收集位置、聯絡人或麥克風音訊。

如有私隱問題或要提出 PDPO 查閱/更正要求，請電郵至 privacy@hheb.top，主旨可註明「PDPO Request」。

本政策受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。

1) Scope

This policy applies to the iOS app “KnowWordsHK” and its related website services.

2) Data We Collect

• Guest mode (no sign-in): data stays on your device and is not uploaded.
• Signed-in mode (optional): email, display name, UID, a device identifier, and the word lists, mistake records, and quiz scores you create, for cloud backup and multi-device sync.
• Camera/photo library: used only when you manually start OCR import; photos are not stored in the app and are not uploaded to our servers.

3) AI Processing (Optional)

Only when you tap “AI correction” is the word list sent to the AI service (DeepSeek) to generate pinyin and distractors. Your name, email, and photos are not included.

4) Hong Kong PDPO

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong), using a data-minimization approach.

You may request access to or correction of your personal data. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and will respond within legal or reasonable timelines.

5) Cross-border Processing and Security

When you use cloud sync (Firebase) or AI features (DeepSeek), data may be processed or stored outside Hong Kong.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6) Retention and Deletion

Your data is kept until you delete it. In the app, you can delete individual word lists, or remove your account and associated cloud data via “Settings → Account & sync → Delete account”.

7) Children’s Data

This app is designed for primary school learning. There are no ads, no cross-app tracking, and we do not collect location, contacts, or microphone audio.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
